What is the best filler for wrinkles?

Permanent lips fillers tend to have more risk and therefore most health professionals will advise against them.

How much filler is in one syringe?
The volumes of each filler is preset in a sterile syringe. They are as follows:
- Juvederm: 0.8 cc
- Radiesse: 1.3 cc
- Restylane: 1.0 cc
If I don't like my filler, can I get rid of it?
There are several options to remove fillers:
1. Hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm,Restylane for example) can be dissolved with hyaluronidase
2. Fillers that are more permanent like collagen fillers usually resolve with time but if they may need to be excised
3. Permanent fillers will have to be excised
4. Some fillers such as sculptra respond to steroid injections.
Of note, fillers near the lower eyelid can sometimes be removed without a scar through an approach through the inside of the eye.
Anytime a patient has an adverse outcome from a filler, I would first give it some time before performing surgery
What is the average cost for filler injections?
The average cost of dermafillers can vary from patient to patient. Some variables that affect price are age, area injected, and the goal of the patient. It is important to consider that most health care professionals will inject throughout several appointments. Your first appointment might use one syringe a second or third syringe can be applied throughout other appointments.
Patient should expect to spend anywhere between $500 - $2000 for a full and optimal treatment.
What is the recovery from a filler, botox and/or dysport treatment?
These treatments use needles and are piercing the skin, therefore, there will be a risk of bruising and swelling. We recommend patients to not move around the medication in the area that was injected. Most patients will be able to return to their daily activities. We recommend to schedule filler treatments when there is enough time to rest just in case there is excessive bruising.
What kind of pain should I expect during my treatment?
There should little or no pain following injection of hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane and Juvederm. Heavier fillers, like Lyft and Voluma can cause more swelling, so patients should not schedule critical events right after getting filler.
There should be no pain beside a pin prick when receiving Botox or Dysport. Most health professionals use a very tiny needle that minimizes the discomfort.
What are my options if I want to reverse the dermafiller treatment?
Reversing a filler like Juvederm and Restylane is typically straight forward. Most health professionals will use Hyaluronidase for the reversal. Using this substance may at times be unpredictable. Therefore, reversing or dissolving the Juvederm or Restylane is best done in stages. When the substance is injected to the treated area, the filler may blend or dissolve within 24 hours.
Can I get a Juvederm or Restylane treatment if I am sick?
