How does the laser for veins work?

Lasers for spider veins works by targeting small areas and heating the blood to the boiling point of water. This is done using precisely targeting with the lasers while maintaining the skin around the vein intact. This heat will denature the vein wall and your bodies healing process will replace the targeted area with new tissue.

Sclerotherapy treatments for spider veins

Sclerotherapy is a procedure to improve the appearance of your varicose veins. The veins are injected with a solution that damages the endothelial lining of the targeted veins.  Over time, your own body will metabolize this damage and result in reducing the appearance of the vein.

How many sessions will I need?

In many cases, improvement is seen immediately after treatment – full clearance of the veins might take several weeks as they slowly fade away. In the case of multiple veins, 2-3 sessions in 6-8 weeks intervals may be needed.
