Well rested but eyes still puffy? Puffy eyes are caused by swelling in the tissues that is cause by fluid buildup. No matter how much beauty sleep we get the night before, our eyes may tell a different story. Here is a little help to add to your routine and say bye bye to those puffy eyes.

  • Frozen bag of corn or peas. Keep on eyes for 5 minutes.
  • Two spoons in the freezer. Place one spoon on each eyes for 5 minutes.
  • Two tea bags in cold water then place in the fridge over night. Drain tea bags and place on eyes for 10 minutes. The caffeine in the tea helps tighten the skin.

Placing these cold items helps increase circulation to your eyes and reduce swelling.
